Wisconsin High School Ice Hockey - Bay Port held off by New Richmond
February 3, 2024: New Richmond, WI 54017 In Saturday's league challenge, the New Richmond Tigers (New Richmond, WI) ice hockey team nudged the visiting Bay Port Pirates (Green Bay, WI), by a margin of 3-2.
The Tigers now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chippewa Falls for a challenge on Tuesday, February 6. New Richmond will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Menomonie (Menomonie, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 18-2.
The Pirates (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Homestead (Mequon, WI). The Highlanders enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Homestead tipped Waupun (Waupun, WI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
