Kentucky High School Basketball - Pendleton County trounced by Anderson County
February 3, 2025: Lawrenceburg, KY 40342 Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY), 67-39 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Anderson County advances its record to 11-8 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Oldham County (Buckner, KY) to meet the Colonels in a non-league match on Friday, February 7. The Colonels enter the match with a record of 7-13. Oldham County won 76-64 in their recent non-league match against Christian Educational Consortium (Louisville, KY)
The Wildcats now own a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Augusta for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. Pendleton County will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 85-50 non-league loss to Ryle (Union, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 13-5.
