February 3, 2025: Brooklyn, IA 52211 In Monday's non-league test, the B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Moulton-Udell Eagles (Moulton, IA), by a score of 74-40.
Next, the Bears clash with the Lynnville-Sully Hawks (Sully, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar test, on Tuesday, February 4. B-G-M will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 14-5 record after their 76-62 league loss to North Mahaska (New Sharon, IA).
The Eagles (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Murray (Murray, IA). The Mustangs come into the Bluegrass test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Murray bounced Seymour (Seymour, IA), 53-43, in a league test.
