New York High School Basketball - Bethlehem Central overwhelms Schalmont
February 3, 2025: Schenectady, NY 12306 The Bethlehem Central Eagles basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Schalmont Sabres to 31 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Shenendehowa for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue game on Friday, February 7. Bethlehem Central will confront a Plainsmen team coming off a 85-40 league win over Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 16-1.
With the loss, Schalmont falls to 1-15 on the campaign. The Sabres travel to Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (Ravena, NY) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Friday, February 7.
