Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop Guilfoyle triumphant over Huntingdon
February 3, 2025: Altoona, PA 16602 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) and the visiting Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA), observed Bishop Guilfoyle's basketball team overwhelm Huntingdon by a margin of 78-51.
The Marauders (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA). The Mountaineers come into the Laurel Highlands challenge with a 4-15 record. In their last challenge, Philipsburg-Osceola was trounced by Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA), 55-22, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bearcats battle the Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils (Bellwood, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Huntingdon will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 0-17 record after their 41-38 league loss to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA).
