Michigan High School Basketball - Oakridge holds off Kent City
February 3, 2025: Kent City, MI 49330 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Oakridge Eagles basketball team scored a close 68-61 triumph over the Kent City Eagles.
The Eagles (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Whitehall (Whitehall, MI). The Vikings go into the Western Michigan Lakes - Lakes contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Whitehall nipped Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI), 68-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Central Montcalm Hornets (Stanton, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Kent City will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 7-9 record after their 57-31 non-league loss to Alma (Alma, MI).
