February 3, 2025: West Hartford, CT 06107 Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Avon Falcons (Avon, CT), 51-14 in a league match.
With the victory, Conard advances its record to 12-2 on the year. The Red Wolves travel to Immaculate (Danbury, CT) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, February 8. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 4-12. Immaculate lost 51-48 in their recent league match against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT)
The Falcons now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bristol Central for a Central Connecticut - West Colonial match on Saturday, February 8. Avon will face a Rams squad coming off a 73-58 league loss to Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Rams record now stands at 13-4.
