South Dakota High School Basketball - Ethan overwhelms Paton-Churdan
February 3, 2025: Ethan, SD 57334 The Ethan Rustlers basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Paton-Churdan Rockets to 13 in the Rustlers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Rustlers now possess a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to James Valley Christian for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Ethan will confront a Vikings team coming off a 43-21 league loss to Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD). The Vikings record now stands at 0-11.
With the loss, Paton-Churdan falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA) to confront the Spartans in a Rolling Valley game on Tuesday, February 4. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 14-3. Exira-EHK won 54-43 in their recent non-league game against Panorama (Panora, IA)
