Wisconsin High School Basketball - Milwaukee Riverside toppled by Heritage Christian
February 3, 2025: New Berlin, WI 53151 Heritage Christian Patriots (New Berlin, WI) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Milwaukee Riverside Tigers (Milwaukee, WI), 66-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Heritage Christian advances its record to 6-14 on the year. The Patriots host Lake Country Lutheran (Hartland, WI) to face the Lightning in a Midwest Classic match on Wednesday, February 5. The Lightning enter the match with a record of 15-4. Lake Country Lutheran won 68-47 in their recent league match against Messmer (Milwaukee, WI)
The Tigers now own a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington/Fuller Collegiate Academy for a Milwaukee City - Gold match on Tuesday, February 4. Milwaukee Riverside will face a Purgolders squad coming off a 63-36 league loss to Hamilton/Audubon (Milwaukee, WI). The Purgolders record now stands at 0-5.
