New Jersey High School Basketball - Bridgeton falls to Cherokee
February 4, 2022: Marlton, NJ 08053 In Friday's non-league match, the host Cherokee Chiefs basketball team scored a good 53-34 triumph over the Bridgeton Bulldogs.
With the victory, Cherokee upgrades its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Chiefs travel to Haddonfield (Haddonfield, NJ) to play the Bulldawgs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 5. The Bulldawgs come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Haddonfield won 52-27 in their recent league challenge against West Deptford (Westville, NJ)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Ocean City Raiders (Ocean City, NJ) in a Cape/Atlantic - National challenge, on Monday, February 7. Bridgeton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 56-46 league loss to Lower Cape May (Cape May, NJ).
