The Mio-Au Sable Thunderbolts basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Heston Academy Patriots to 44 in the Thunderbolts non-league victory on Friday.

The Thunderbolts now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alcona for a North Star contest on Tuesday, February 8. Mio-Au Sable will battle a Tigers team coming off a 77-27 league win over Whittemore-Prescott (Whittemore, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 7-4.

The Patriots (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (Saginaw, MI). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 4-8 record.
