Missouri High School Basketball - Nixa crushes Joplin
February 4, 2022: Nixa, MO 65714 Nixa Eagles (Nixa, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Joplin Eagles (Joplin, MO), 83-50 in a league bout.
With the victory, Nixa upgrades its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Branson (Branson, MO) to play the Pirates in a Central Ozarks bout on Tuesday, February 8. The Pirates come into the bout with a record of 4-8.
Next up, the Eagles play the Ozark Tigers (Ozark, MO) in a Central Ozarks bout, on Tuesday, February 8. Joplin will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 57-43 non-league loss to Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO).
