Ohio High School Basketball - Alliance tops East Liverpool
February 4, 2023: Alliance, OH 44601 Alliance Aviators (Alliance, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting East Liverpool Potters (East Liverpool, OH), 80-70 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Alliance upgrades its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Aviators host Perry (Massillon, OH) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 3-15. Perry won 46-44 in their recent non-league bout against Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH)
Next up, the Potters play the Indian Creek Redskins (Wintersville, OH) in a Buckeye 8 bout, on Tuesday, February 7. East Liverpool will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Redskins come into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 50-43 non-league win over Toronto (Toronto, OH).
