Nebraska High School Basketball - Aurora fells Lexington

February 4, 2023: Lexington, NE 68850

Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), 45-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Aurora upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Huskies host Kearney Catholic (Kearney, NE) to play the Stars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Stars go into the bout with a record of 7-12. Kearney Catholic lost 44-38 in their recent non-league bout against Scotus (Columbus, NE)

Next up, the Minutemen play the Adams Central Patriots (Hastings, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 9. Lexington will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 9-11 record after their 42-41 non-league loss to Seward (Seward, NE).
