Washington High School Basketball - Burlington-Edison tops LaConner
February 4, 2023: LaConner, WA 98257 Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host LaConner Braves (LaConner, WA), 59-46 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Burlington-Edison upgrades its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Sehome (Bellingham, WA) to play the Mariners in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Mariners come into the bout with a record of 16-3. Sehome won 68-48 in their recent league bout against Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA)
Next up, the Braves play the Coupeville Wolves (Coupeville, WA) in a 1B/2B Northwest bout, on Tuesday, February 7. LaConner will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Wolves come into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 1-1 non-league Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA).
