The Lawrence Central Bears basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints to 45 in the Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bears now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Indianapolis Washington for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10.

The Saints (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against East Noble (Kendallville, IN). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, East Noble was defeated by Fort Wayne Snider (Fort Wayne, IN), 93-76, in a non-league contest.
