North Dakota High School Basketball - North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] crushes Lakota
February 4, 2023: Walhalla, ND 58282 North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] Eagles (Walhalla, ND) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lakota Raiders (Lakota, ND), 90-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Border co-op [Walhalla/Pembina] upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Eagles host Larimore (Larimore, ND) to play the Polar Bears in a B Region 2 bout on Thursday, February 9. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a record of 4-10.
Next up, the Raiders play the Dakota Prairie Knights (Petersburg, ND) in a B Region 4 bout, on Monday, February 6. Lakota will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 0-11 record after their 69-30 league loss to North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] (Cando, ND).
