New Jersey High School Basketball - Ramapo holds off Ramsey
February 4, 2023: Ramsey, NJ 07446 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ) and the host Ramsey Rams (Ramsey, NJ), saw Ramapo's basketball squad hold off Ramsey by a tally of 47-41.
With the victory, Ramapo improves its record to 21-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ) to confront the Maroons in a Big North - National challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Maroons come into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Ridgewood won 54-50 in their recent league challenge against Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ)
Next up, the Rams confront the Mahwah Thunderbirds (Mahwah, NJ) in a Big North - Patriot challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Ramsey will attempt to improve on its 15-2 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a 3-16 record after their 34-31 non-league loss to Hackensack (Hackensack, NJ).
