Michigan High School Basketball - Bad Axe crushes Peck
February 4, 2023: Bad Axe, MI 48413 Bad Axe Hatchets (Bad Axe, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Peck Pirates (Peck, MI), 68-21 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bad Axe upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Hatchets host Caro (Caro, MI) to play the Tigers in a Greater Thumb - West bout on Monday, February 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Caro won 55-43 in their recent league bout against Vassar (Vassar, MI)
Next up, the Pirates play the Dryden Cardinals (Dryden, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Peck will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 11-5 record after their 65-44 non-league win over Genesee (Genesee, MI).
