Wyoming High School Basketball - Upton overwhelms Midwest
February 4, 2023: Upton, WY 82730 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Upton Bobcats (Upton, WY) and the visiting Midwest Oilers (Midwest, WY), saw Upton's basketball squad wallop Midwest by a count of 78-14.
With the victory, Upton upgrades its record to 15-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Sundance (Sundance, WY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. Sundance won 56-50 in their recent league challenge against Tongue River (Dayton, WY)
Next up, the Oilers play the Arvada-Clearmont Panthers (Clearmont, WY) in a 1A Northeast challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Midwest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 35-27 league loss to Kaycee (Kaycee, WY).
