Connecticut High School Basketball - Kennedy knocks off Abbott RVT
February 4, 2025: Danbury, CT 06811 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) and the host Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), observed Kennedy's basketball team overcome Abbott RVT by a margin of 37-17.
The Eagles (1-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Waterbury Career Academy (Waterbury, CT). The Spartans come into the Naugatuck Valley - 3 challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Waterbury Career Academy dropped by Wilby (Waterbury, CT), 57-51, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Bullard-Havens Tigers (Bridgeport, CT) in a Connecticut Technical challenge, on Friday, February 7. Abbott RVT will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record.
