California High School Basketball - Classical Academy holds off Horizon Prep
February 4, 2025: Escondido, CA 92025 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Classical Academy Caimans basketball team scored a close 29-24 triumph over the Horizon Prep Lions.
The Caimans (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Academy (San Diego, CA). The Warriors go into the Coastal - Pacific contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Rock Academy was tipped by Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA), 56-22, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lions confront the O'Farrell Charter Falcons (San Diego, CA) in a Frontier - Sierra contest, on Thursday, February 6. Horizon Prep will attempt to better on its 14-3 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 13-7 record after their 41-21 non-league win over School for Entrepreneurship & Technology (San Diego, CA).
