Illinois High School Basketball - Elk Grove tipped by Addison Trail
February 5, 2022: Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 The Addison Trail Blazers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Elk Grove Grenadiers to 56 in the Blazers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blazers now sport a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Niles West for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 8. Addison Trail will meet a Wolves team coming off a 69-47 non-league win over Northtown (Chicago, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 12-14.
The Grenadiers (4-22) will now prepare for their contest against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 6-17 record. In their last contest, Maine West was nudged by Niles North (Skokie, IL), 66-45, in a league contest.
