Wyoming High School Basketball - Lovell nips Kemmerer
February 5, 2022: Lovell, WY 82431 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lovell Bulldogs (Lovell, WY) and the visiting Kemmerer Rangers (Kemmerer, WY), saw Lovell's basketball squad hold off Kemmerer by a tally of 51-47.
With the victory, Lovell improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Worland (Worland, WY) to play the Warriors in a 3A Northwest challenge on Friday, February 11. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 15-1. Worland won 66-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Hot Springs County (Thermopolis, WY)
Next up, the Rangers play the Mountain View Buffalos (Mountain View, WY) in a 3A Southwest challenge, on Friday, February 11. Kemmerer will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Buffalos come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 51-39 non-league loss to Lander Valley (Lander, WY).
