The Langford Lions basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Wilmot Wolves to 31 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sully Buttes for a non-league contest on Monday, February 7. Langford will meet a Chargers team coming off a 72-57 league loss to Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 6-7.

The Wolves (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Colman-Egan (Colman, SD). The C-E Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 1-14 record. In their last contest, Colman-Egan was defeated by Baltic (Baltic, SD), 85-50, in a non-league contest.
