Virginia High School Basketball - Waynesboro tops East Rockingham
February 5, 2024: Waynesboro, VA 22980 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA) and the visiting East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA), saw Waynesboro's basketball squad knock off East Rockingham by a count of 48-37.
With the victory, Waynesboro upgrades its record to 3-17 on the campaign. The Little Giants host Riverheads (Staunton, VA) to play the Gladiators in a Shenandoah challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Gladiators come into the challenge with a record of 5-16. Riverheads lost 86-64 in their recent league challenge against Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA)
