February 5, 2024: Chicago, IL 60655 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Brother Rice Crusaders (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack (Chicago, IL), saw Brother Rice's basketball squad hold off Saint Ignatius College Prep by a count of 45-39.
With the victory, Brother Rice upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Roadrunners come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Nazareth Academy lost 52-17 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Patrick (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Wolfpack play the Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Saint Ignatius College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.
