Ohio High School Basketball - North tops Orange
February 5, 2024: Pepper Pike, OH 44124 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the North Rangers (Eastlake, OH) and the host Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH), saw North's basketball squad knock off Orange by a count of 42-29.
With the victory, North upgrades its record to 5-13 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Mayfield (Mayfield, OH) to play the Wildcats in a Western Reserve challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-9. Mayfield lost 63-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Brecksville-Broadview Heights (Broadview Heights, OH)
Next up, the Lions play the Fuchs Mizrachi Mayhem (University Heights, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Orange will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Mayhem come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 46-45 non-league loss to Cardinal (Middlefield, OH).
