With the victory, Lexington Catholic upgrades its record to 14-9 on the year. The Knights host Trinity (Louisville, KY) to battle the Shamrocks in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 7. The Shamrocks come into the challenge with a record of 10-12. Trinity won 68-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Christian Academy-Louisville (Louisville, KY)
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY) in a District 42 challenge, on Friday, February 7. Scott County will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 18-2 record after their 74-68 league win over Sayre (Lexington, KY).
