Massachusetts High School Basketball - Prouty holds off Ware
February 5, 2025: Ware, MA 01082 The Prouty Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Ware Indians to 52 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now have a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Tahanto Regional for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Prouty will confront a Stags team coming off a 61-47 league loss to Ayer Shirley (Ayer, MA). The Stags record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Ware falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Indians host Smith Vo-Tech (Northampton, MA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Monday, February 10. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 0-2.
