With the victory, White Castle advances its record to 21-10 on the year. The Bulldogs host St. John (Plaquemine, LA) to face the Eagles in a 1A District 8 match on Friday, February 7. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 11-8. St. John lost 50-43 in their recent league match against Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA)
The Tigers now own a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Iberville for a non-league match on Thursday, February 6. Donaldsonville will face a Tigers squad coming off a 60-53 league loss to Ascension Catholic (Donaldsonville, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 20-10.
