With the victory, Meridian advances its record to 12-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, February 7. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 4-13.
The Wildcats now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Varina for a non-league battle on Friday, February 7. Armstrong will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 82-48 non-league win over Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-1.
