February 5, 2026: Elyria, OH 44036 The Cornerstone Christian Patriots basketball team scored 88 points and limited the host First Baptist Christian Sabres to 56 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Patriots now have a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Center Christian for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 10. Cornerstone Christian will face a Tiger squad coming off a 50-38 league win over John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Tiger record now stands at 14-5.
The Sabres (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Christian Community (North Eaton, OH). The Warriors enter the non-league outing with a 4-8 record.
