February 6, 2023: Hinesville, GA 31313 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Central Fellowship Christian Academy Lancers (Macon, GA) and the host First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders (Hinesville, GA), saw Central Fellowship Christian Academy's basketball squad knock off First Preparatory Christian Academy by a count of 60-50.
With the victory, Central Fellowship Christian Academy upgrades its record to 22-1 on the campaign. The Lancers host Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA) to play the Crusaders in a GIAA AA Region 6 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 20-4. Trinity Christian won 74-59 in their recent non-league test against Citizens Christian Academy (Douglas, GA)
The Highlanders now own a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Robert Toombs Christian Academy for a GIAA A Region 6 test on Tuesday, February 7. First Preparatory Christian Academy will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 63-41 league loss to Memorial Day (Savannah, GA). The Crusaders record now stands at 11-11.
