February 6, 2023: Des Lacs, ND 58733 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers (Des Lacs, ND) and the visiting Nedrose Cardinals (Minot, ND), saw Des Lacs-Burlington's basketball squad wallop Nedrose by a tally of 66-33.
With the victory, Des Lacs-Burlington improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Lakers host Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND) to confront the Skyhawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a record of 12-4.
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Surrey Mustangs (Surrey, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Nedrose will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 73-54 league loss to Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND).
