Connecticut High School Basketball - Maloney winner over Plainville
February 6, 2023: Plainville, CT 06062 The Maloney Spartans (Meriden, CT) basketball felled the host Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT), 57-46 in Monday's non-league test.
The Spartans (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Middletown (Middletown, CT). The Blue Dragons go into the Central Connecticut - South Colonial test with a 9-6 record.
The Blue Devils now own a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Oxford for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 8. Plainville will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 51-35 league loss to Seymour (Seymour, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-11.
