Colorado High School Basketball - Wheat Ridge can't hold off Golden
February 6, 2023: Golden, CO 80401 The Golden Demons basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Wheat Ridge Farmers to 56 in the Demons league victory on Monday.
The Demons now sport a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Standley Lake for a contest on Wednesday, February 8. Golden will battle a Gators team coming off a 41-26 league win over D'Evelyn (Denver, CO). The Gators record now stands at 1-1.
The Farmers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Green Mountain (Lakewood, CO). The Rams come into the contest with a 11-4 record. In their last contest, Green Mountain edged Evergreen (Evergreen, CO), 60-34, in a league contest.
