February 6, 2023: Richmond, IL 60071 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) and the host Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL), saw Antioch's basketball squad wallop Richmond-Burton by a tally of 48-19.
With the victory, Antioch improves its record to 15-11 on the campaign. The Sequoits travel to Round Lake (Round Lake, IL) to play the Panthers in a Northern Lake County game on Wednesday, February 8. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 17-11. Round Lake won 55-53 in their recent league game against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL)
With the defeat, Richmond-Burton moves to 3-23 on the campaign. The Rockets host Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL) to play the Skyhawks in a Kishwaukee River challenge on Wednesday, February 8. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a record of 14-14. Johnsburg won 40-31 in their recent league challenge against Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL)
