Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Engadine Eagles (Engadine, MI) and the host St.Ignace Saints (St. Ignace, MI), saw Engadine's basketball squad hold off St.Ignace by a tally of 72-66.

With the victory, Engadine improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Mid Peninsula (Rock, MI) to confront the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 8. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 2-8.

Next up, the Saints confront the Brimley Bays (Brimley, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. St.Ignace will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Bays come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 63-47 non-league loss to Carney-Nadeau (Carney, MI).
