February 6, 2024: Arvada, CO 80004 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Arvada Bulldogs (Arvada, CO) and the visiting Englewood Pirates (Englewood, CO), saw Arvada's basketball squad hold off Englewood by a tally of 71-69.
With the victory, Arvada improves its record to 7-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Bruce Randolph (Denver, CO) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 8. Next up, the Pirates play the Platte Canyon Huskies (Bailey, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Englewood will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 66-59 non-league win over Jefferson (Edgewater, CO).
