February 6, 2024: Raytown, MO 64133 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Raytown Bluejays (Raytown, MO) and the visiting Blue Springs Wildcats (Blue Springs, MO), saw Raytown's basketball squad hold off Blue Springs by a tally of 80-76.
With the victory, Raytown improves its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Grain Valley (Grain Valley, MO) to play the Eagles in a Suburban - White challenge on Friday, February 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Grain Valley lost 61-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Platte County (Platte City, MO)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Staley Falcons (Kansas City, MO) in a Freelance challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Blue Springs will attempt to improve on its 4-16 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 55-40 league win over Lee's Summit North (Lee's Summit, MO).
