February 6, 2024: Martin, MI 49070 The Zion Christian Mountaineers (Byron Center, MI) basketball crushed the host Martin Clippers (Martin, MI), 61-27 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mountaineers (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Lee (Wyoming, MI). The Legends go into the Alliance test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Lee walloped Grand River Prep (Kentwood, MI), 72-54, in a league test.
The Clippers now own a 0-16 record. They play next when they host Saugatuck for a non-league test on Friday, February 9. Martin will encounter a Trailblazers squad coming off a 53-42 non-league win over Eau Claire (Eau Claire, MI). The Trailblazers record now stands at 12-5.
