North Carolina High School Basketball - Vance Charter overwhelms Henderson Collegiate
February 6, 2024: Henderson, NC 27536 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Vance Charter Knights (Henderson, NC) and the host Henderson Collegiate Pride (Henderson, NC), saw Vance Charter's basketball squad wallop Henderson Collegiate by a tally of 76-7.
With the victory, Vance Charter improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Knights host Excelsior Classical Academy (Durham, NC) to play the Flying Lions in a 1A Triangle North challenge on Friday, February 9. The Flying Lions come into the challenge with a record of 2-13. Excelsior Classical Academy lost 46-2 in their recent league challenge against Eno River (Hillsborough, NC)
Next up, the Pride play the Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) in a 1A Triangle North challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Henderson Collegiate will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 7-13 record after their 49-39 league loss to Eno River (Hillsborough, NC).
