February 6, 2024: Orrville, OH 44667 Kingsway Christian Eagles (Orrville, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), 23-12 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kingsway Christian upgrades its record to 3-12 on the season. The Eagles host Marion Hawks (Marion, OH) to clash with the Hawks in a Independent Christian - East bout on Saturday, February 10. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Marion Hawks won 37-15 in their recent league bout against Senedot Stripes (Chatfield, OH)
Next up, the clash with the New Covenant Christian Flames (Lebanon, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 126-450 season record. The Flames go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 34-31 non-league loss to High Point Baptist Academy (Geigertown, PA).
