In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Oxon Hill Clippers basketball team scored a close 56-51 triumph over the Central Falcons.

The Clippers (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Lions go into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Largo nipped Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (Laurel, MD), 90-67, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest, on Tuesday, February 11. Central will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record.
