Minnesota High School Basketball - St. James knocks off Cleveland
February 6, 2025: St. James, MN 56081 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the St. James Saints (St. James, MN) and the visiting Cleveland Clippers (Cleveland, MN), observed St. James's basketball team overcome Cleveland by a margin of 83-72.
The Saints (13-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Pipestone (Pipestone, MN). The Arrows come into the AA Section 3 challenge with a 7-12 record. In their last challenge, Pipestone defeated Southwest Minnesota Christian (Edgerton, MN), 65-62, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Clippers battle the Madelia Blackhawks (Madelia, MN) in a A Section 2 challenge, on Friday, February 7. Cleveland will attempt to better on its 10-10 season record. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a 20-2 record after their 82-42 league win over Alden-Conger (Alden, MN).
