Oklahoma High School Basketball - Wayne thwarts Maud
February 6, 2025: Wayne, OK 73095 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Wayne Bulldogs (Wayne, OK) and the visiting Maud Tigers (Maud, OK), observed Wayne's basketball team knock off Maud by a score of 63-43.
The Bulldogs (9-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Konawa (Konawa, OK). The Tigers come into the Big 8 challenge with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, Konawa dropped by Wewoka (Wewoka, OK), 53-39, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Asher Indians (Asher, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 11. Maud will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 18-3 record after their 55-26 non-league win over Stratford (Stratford, OK).
