California High School Basketball - Mountain Empire routed by Southern California Yeshiva
February 6, 2025: San Diego, CA 92111 Southern California Yeshiva Hawks (San Diego, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Mountain Empire Redhawks (Pine Valley, CA), 68-19 in a league match.
With the victory, Southern California Yeshiva betters its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Sweetwater (National City, CA) to battle the Red Devils in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 8. The Red Devils go into the contest with a record of 13-11. Sweetwater won 60-50 in their recent league contest against Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA)
In their next game, the Redhawks battle the High Tech Mesa Thunder (San Diego, CA) in a Frontier - Patriot contest, on Monday, February 10. Mountain Empire will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Thunder go into the contest with a 14-5 record after their 78-30 league win over Monarch (San Diego, CA).
