February 6, 2025: Shelbyville, KY 4006 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Shelby County Rockets basketball squad scored a decisive 57-24 victory over the Cornerstone Christian Academy Bulldogs.
With the victory, Shelby County advances its record to 4-18 on the year. The Rockets host Bluegrass United (Lexington, KY) to meet the Bluehawks in a non-league battle on Monday, February 10. The Bluehawks enter the battle with a record of 10-17. Bluegrass United lost 57-50 in their recent non-league battle against LKY (Louisville, KY)
The Bulldogs now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Francis Parker for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 11. Cornerstone Christian Academy will meet a Wyverns squad coming off a 50-28 non-league loss to Model (Richmond, KY). The Wyverns record now stands at 2-7.
