Missouri High School Basketball - Jefferson City victorious over Hannibal
February 6, 2025: Hannibal, MO 63401 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Jefferson City Jays basketball team scored a good 54-45 triumph over the Hannibal Pirates.
The Jays (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Lutheran (St. Peters, MO). The Cougars go into the non-league contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Lutheran topped Owensville (Owensville, MO), 68-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Monroe City Panthers (Monroe City, MO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 8. Hannibal will attempt to better on its 10-7 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 13-6 record after their 53-22 non-league win over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, MO).
